So, how are your New Year’s exercise resolutions holding up?

By now, you are either still working out and eating well, as you may have promised yourself, or you are not. If you are, great, you don’t need to read this! If you have slipped a bit, read on!

All hope is not lost! Each day, not each January 1st, is an opportunity to choose again.

You have the power to:

  • Choose each day how you want to be and what you want to do.
  • Take care of your health. The key is to really want to do so.
  • Not judge yourself or beat yourself up—no matter what you are or are not doing!

 

 

ANDREA’S CHALLENGE:

  Simply notice:

  1. What do I really want to do about my exercising?
  2. What is my end goal?

  Commitment Challenge:

  • Are you ready to focus on your end goal and see yourself as the healthy, fit person you want to be?
  • If yes, spend a few minutes daily, with eyes closed, seeing yourself as you want to be. Have fun with it!
