Individual coaching

This is one on one support, with a minimum commitment of 3 months, to partner with a CEO, executive, or other for the purpose of growth, goal setting and attainment, improved self-awareness, and success.

Group coaching

Tailor-designed groups to meet the needs of your teams. Groups are designed to work together on a similar goal. Groups also facilitate improved teamwork, communication, and joint success.

Assessment services

An assortment of instruments to enhance self-awareness, an essential step in improving executive effectiveness. The proper selection of assessments and professional feedback routinely takes clients to a level of self-understanding never before experienced — an outstanding foundation for executive coaching.

The basic assessment package includes:

  1. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)*
  2. Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation – Behavior (FIRO-B)*
  3. DISC (TTI) profile, PIAV, etc.**
  4. California Psychological Inventory (CPI)*

Various “360” assessments, TKI Conflict Resolution* and others instruments are also available.
